We understand that thriving communities are built on a foundation of opportunity, well-being, and a shared sense of belonging. That’s why we have been actively enhancing essential public infrastructure such as hospitals, libraries, blood banks, supermarkets, schools, colleges, cemeteries, and roads, ensuring everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive.
Our founder, Mr. Muzaffar Syed, took great pride in mindfully developing Mira Road’s essential services, including a reliable electricity grid, a water treatment plant, and efficient drainage systems. At AsmitA Group, we believe in the power of collaboration. We work hand-in-hand with the community through dedicated CSR initiatives to address their needs and foster positive change.

Sultan Khan Educational Trust (SKET)
We consider education the bedrock of a thriving society. That’s why, through the Sultan Khan Educational Trust, founded in 1990, we have been removing financial barriers for students eager to learn and contribute.
Since its inception, we have empowered over 2,000 students in the past 25 years to achieve their academic goals and pursue successful careers.
HEALTHCARE:
UMRAO Institute of Medical Science & Research Trust
We believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege. That’s why we founded the UMRAO Institute of Medical Science & Research Trust. Its primary objective was to establish a state-of-the-art, 14-story, 330-bed multispecialty tertiary care hospital to provide life-saving services. This facility now stands tall, boasting unparalleled infrastructure and patient services for the residents of North Mumbai, with its management and operations entrusted to Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd.
Despite the operational partnership with Wockhardt Hospitals, our mission remains unchanged. We are dedicated to serving and supporting humanity irrespective of class, caste, or religion and to providing personalized care and support with a humane touch. With this mission, we have proudly extended healthcare services to over 8,000 patients.

Sultan Khan Educational Trust
Sultan Khan Educational Trust was established with the twin objective of providing quality education and informing students with dynamism. Hence it works on developing & transforming the students into honest, sensitive, dignified citizen and help them to carve a niche for themselves in the society.
N.J Urdu School
N.J Urdu School was founded by Saiyed Nazar Hussain in 2002 with the vision of providing quality education to Urdu medium students at minimal cost. Starting with just two classes, the school has since made significant strides in delivering education, instilling values, and offering proper guidance to its students. Under the leadership of Principal Saiyed Nigar Sultana, the school has consistently organized various annual co-curricular activities throughout its academic years.
